Man Street Hotel project consisted of construction of 441 Secant Bored Piles drilled through Lake Sediments and Glacial Till into Schist Rock to form rock socket. Combination of Gravity Loaded piles and Retaining Piles. Pile Diameters are 620mm and 400mm Dia with depths ranging from 3m to 13m depth. 100% of work completed by Moore Construction. Only concrete and reinforcing was supplied by Sub-Contractors. Moore Construction fully equipped manufacturing workshop has manufactured and maintained all drilling buckets, augers and tooling for this project.
